I want to become a patient in your office. Are you accepting new patients and what should I do?

K
L

We are always welcoming new patients! It’s easy to schedule a new patient appointment with us - you can text or call us at (314) 487-8844. Or you may fill out the online appointment request form on our contact page and someone will reach out to you.

What can I expect during my First Visit in your office?

K
L

During your first visit you can expect to feel welcome during every interaction with our friendly team. We will then guide you through any paperwork and ensure your questions are answered. Our team will gather clinical information, discuss your dental history, and address any concerns or goals you have. Finally, Dr. Adis will complete your examination and make any recommendations to form your treatment plan. A cleaning is not generally part of this first visit and will be scheduled before you leave.

Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?

K
L

Please bring a payment method for any out-of-pocket expenses that day. If you have switched insurance providers since we last saw you, bring your new card and new information with you. Also bring a list of new medications or a complete list of medications if you are a new patient.

Do you accept dental insurance?

K
L

Yes! We accept a variety of insurance plans and work with any plan that allows you to choose your own dentist. Contact our office at (314) 487-8844 with your insurance information and our team will be happy to let you know all the details.
If you are not using dental insurance to cover a portion of your care, we will work with you to design a payment solution.

What payment options do you offer?

K
L

We accept cash, check, credit cards, CareCredit® and offer flexible financing plans.

We will work with you to find a payment solution that fits your budget without reducing our recommendations and level of care.

Do you offer Emergency Dental Appointments Same-Day?

K
L

Yes, we offer emergency dental services for all our existing and even for new patients. If you
have a dental emergency during office hours, please contact us at (314) 487-8844 as early in the day as possible so that we may assist you same day.
